Join us for our next multi-generational Engage Pathway on Wednesday, November 16th from 6:30-7:15 p.m. We will learn more about hunger and food insecurity and how we can respond. How is hunger defined? Where do people who are experiencing hunger live? Why does hunger and food insecurity happen? Most importantly, how can we help? Through hands-on activities and experiences, all ages will learn, discuss, and act together so that we can actively assist others experiencing hunger and food insecurity.
We will be collecting canned goods for God’s Pantry that evening as part of our program. All canned and boxed goods are welcome, but here are the most wanted items: breakfast foods, canned meat, canned fruits, canned vegetables, pasta and rice, shelf stable milk, soups.
