SECOND PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Time & Talent Form - 2007

SECOND

PRESBYTERIAN

CHURCH

The ministry of Second Presbyterian Church is the sum
of the Time and Talent of all of its members.

This Survey has two purposes:
    1) It allows you to find a way to use your gifts to serve the church.
    2) It helps the church to find the right person for the right ministry in the church.

Celtic Cross

Second Presbyterian Church members were asked to fill out this form during church service on March 25, 2007. As an alternative, members may fill it out here at any time. Others are invited to look over the form to see the variety of ways our members are involved in the life of the church.

See the Time & Talent Opportunities booklet for a description of the various activities.

To fill out the form, check the boxes showing how you might participate, put your name at the bottom, then click the "Submit Form" button.
For items with double check boxes ( ), you may check either:
the left   Doing it now  box or the right  Would like to do  box.
For items with a single check box (), check to show interest in either case.
