The Ecumenical Preschool

An example of Second's commitment to children is our ecumenical preschool begun in 1990 with Christ Church Episcopal Cathedral. Housed in our church building, this Christian preschool works to provide cross-generational and cross-cultural opportunities which will "help prepare children for the real world of the 21st century." The preschool gained some publicity for its involving children with Helping Hand participants. Both churches have scholarships available for those needing financial assistance.
