Through education that emphasizes experience, Heifer International's outdoor "living classrooms" acquaint visitors with Heifer's mission and the needs of those whom the organization serves. Guests learn about sustainable farming and development, explore solutions to hunger through animal agriculture. They learn about the root causes of hunger and poverty and the way animals - and people - can make a difference.
